Dark mode for the interface

Describe the desired feature

I'd like to see a dark mode option of the new "Neo" theme. While it already mostly looks very good, a dark mode version of it would definetly be great.

Give an example of how this feature would be used

It's useful for people who feel blinded by a light theme or who have medical conditions which make it hard/impossible to look at apps in light mode.

Why doesn't the current App Inventor system address this use case?

There's just no integrated dark mode and the extension "Dark Reader" doesn't properly work either. (It's better with the "neo" theme than with the old one, you might be able to use it as a base for the dark CSS, look at this.)

Why is this feature beneficial to App Inventor's educational mission?

It would allow people with disabilities which couldn't do it before to use App Inventor.

This is largely complete. We are waiting on an upgrade of our Blockly library to release it.
