Detect customers exceeding retention schedules in datasets

Add a feature to identify customers whose data has surpassed specified retention periods. This should:

• Allow configuration of retention schedules
• Scan datasets for timestamps or retention fields
• Report customers who are overdue for data deletion
• Provide guidance or automated removal/anonymisation options

This functionality will help data engineering teams meet compliance requirements and improve data lifecycle management.
