Replace Google Hangouts

This issue is meant to hold the discussion for replacing Google Hangouts for all video functionality.

Both the HOA and breakout session cases need to be solved, and I believe they can be solved via WebRTC solutions.

For HOA, the current possibilities are:

• FreeSWITCH -- current implementation has been underway for this solution
• Jitsi Meet

For breakouts, some possibilities are listed below, with very quick writeup:

• More complete solutions:
  • https://appear.in/ - awesome interface, limited to 8 people, they're supposed to have a 'Premier' product coming out in 2016, perhaps they can be talked into letting this open source project use it for free.
  • https://meet.jit.si/ -- open source, addressed above, supposedly pretty good replacement for Hangouts, driven by Jitsi Videobridge, uses
  • https://github.com/Temasys/getaroom -- pretty nice implementation, free for limited use
• Toolkits: definitely more work needed for these ones, but they are free.

I've done work to build https://github.com/thehunmonkgroup/openhangout, but it's not complete yet, nor integrated with Unhangout.

https://github.com/unhangout/unhangout/tree/webrtc is a first stab at some kind of non Google Hangout integration for Unhangout, also not complete.

For now, Google Hangouts is the only working option I'm aware of.
