Suggestion: want to hide CLI options #40
Description
I'm making a CLI tool that uses m2r.
It depends on m2r just internally, and I don't want to expose m2r's CLI options on my tool.
The current m2r automatically exposes its CLI options when imported because m2r.py configures ArgumentParser on the top level.
I think it would be better if the user can choose whether or not to expose m2r's options.
