        <li>Create two columns for the encoded results named '<b><i>lat</i></b>' and '<strong><i>lng</i></strong>'.</li>
        <li>Select a column of address/location data you want to encode and choose Add-ons->Geocode Selected Cells.</li>
        <li>The addresses will begin encoding one by one.</li>
