Cloning Javadoc repo is slow. Can we do shallow clone? @mstachniuk, thoughts?

@mockitoguy Define slow ;-)
I tried shallow clone during development but I had problems with cloning one branch (javadoc.repositoryBranch in settings) and pushing changes afterward. I will check again what is possible.
