Web: All tooltips do not display text content properly

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

On all pages of Modrinth, tooltips are failing to render properly as can be seen in the above images.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Modrinth
2. Hover any tooltip

Expected behavior

Tooltips should be rendering their text content.

Tested in Chrome incognito w/o Bluerinth- issue persisted.

Sorry, but have you tried updating chrome and then clearing your cache for modrinth?
