Links pointing to file with whitespace (%20) is incorrectly parsed (%2520)

Somewhat related to #39

When a url points to a local file [foo](./sub%20folder/foo.txt) it generates a path of i.e. file:///C:/Users/FooUser/path/to/sub%2520folder/filename.txt. In this case, the % character is parsed into %25 so the whitespace rendered becomes %2520, which naturally does not work

the parsing is fixed, but now with the webview changes the relative path is resolved to markdownpanel-virtualhost/sub folder/foo.txt instead of relative to the file path.

I would close the issue and open a new one if that's ok

The prefix markdownpanel-virtualhost/ is required to have working links for local files.
If you want a proper HTML with a correct relative path you can use the function "Save as.."

Well yes, it works. the link when clicked opens the correct file

I just took a look at the implementation. Still not entirely sure why the prefix is necessary, maybe I'll look into it myself in my spare time. Out of scope of the original issue though, I'll close this issue as is. Thank you
