Followup creating sync between EGA and RD3 on file metadata

Objective
This story is a followup of #1937. The initial mapping script is finished, however this needs some improvements:

• Use the ontology mappings schema to map:
  • checksum type
  • format
• Add the EGAD accession ID to the files (currently only the EGAS is linked to the individual and file)
• Capture (more) job information. Currently errors are captured, however we should also capture information about the mapping to RD3.
• Run the script periodically

Proposed demo
Go to the erdera server and checkout:

• the Jobs schema that captures metadata about the job
• the Ontology mappings schema that captures the ontology mapping information between GPAP/EGA and RD3.
• the erdera schema that includes the mapped EGA data in RD3 format
