[BUG] Wrong libSkiaSharp milestone in VERSIONS.txt

libSkiaSharp            increment   1

After 2.88.x, it should be:

libSkiaSharp            milestone   119
libSkiaSharp            increment   0

This was wrong in Tag v2.88.8. But it was fixed in the most recently version. The issuse can be closed.
