Thanks a lot for raising this. I don't think we should highlight the top navbar options on the homepage (because they also appear in the top navbar).
I would suggest the following:
As you'll see, the text for Release notes and app need to be written (and also the images) ;-)
And, at any point, it would be significant to have this quick start page but, for now, we don't have it so I think it's OK to remove it.

We need to decide which features are the ones to highlight.
Suggesiton is to mirror the ones we have on the top navbar:
I'd also suggest we have the App, and perhaps Release notes?
We'll ditch the quick start (we dont' have anything for that anyway).
