Description

Add the ability to add a restriction for a specific JA4 fingerprint, much like we have IP/Network and Email pattern restrictions at the moment. Call this FingerprintRestriction.

Also add more information in admin pages: add known JA4s for a user, display JA4 when browsing activity logs where applicable, and allow searching for activities by JA4.

Acceptance Criteria

• JA4-based restrictions are available
• User admin displays known JA4s for a user
• Activity admin displays JA4 for activities where we recorded it
• Activity admin allows searching for activities by JA4
