IRC Bot: Ignores users joining and leaving channels other than #motown #17
Description
This is the nature of the IRC bot only hanging out in #motown. We should periodically update all the users we've currently got in #motown. This could be done by issuing a /whois every x seconds on a user sequentially in the list of users.
