Dependencies are deprecated in 0.0.8-dev

Installing lockdown 0.0.8-dev on node 6.1.0 with npm version 3.8.6 completes successfully with the following warnings:

npm WARN deprecated npmconf@1.1.5: this package has been reintegrated into npm and is now out of date with respect to npm
npm WARN deprecated graceful-fs@3.0.8: graceful-fs v3.0.0 and before will fail on node releases >= v7.0. Please update to graceful-fs@^4.0.0 as soon as possible. Use 'npm ls graceful-fs' to find it in the tree.

There doesn't seem to be much activity on this package, will this be something that's addressed in the near future or will it rely on a community fix? Happy to put in a PR if there's something I can do.
