Migrate impc_etl/jobs/parse/allele_ref_extractor.py from using luigi to use Airflow #315
Description
- Change the current parameters used to connect to the DB to use an airflow connection
- Use the output as reference to generate the Asset URI
- Check that it runs locally and generates the right assets
