[Feature]: Dynamic Relative Time Range Recalculation #52

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Previously, when users selected a relative time range (e.g., "Last 5 minutes") and then clicked "Run query" after some time had passed, the system would use the old time range from when the selection was first made, rather than recalculating to show the latest 5 minutes from the current timestamp.

Describe the solution you'd like

This feature implements automatic recalculation of relative time ranges during query execution to ensure users always get the most recent data when re-running queries with relative time selections.
