Example secrets.lua. & local.lua

Curious about the contents of secrets.lua and local.lua... Obviously you can leave out the real stuff but a secrets.example.lua and local.lua might be nice to include ?

Thanks for the idea! I never thought to include examples with the code before. I'm working on a README.md file for the hammerspoon directory now which will include answers to both #155 and this.
