Nimcuda and openCL as task-level dependencies

Nimcuda started to check whether it finds cuda upon installation. This is problematic in CI as it is not installed there.

Instead it should be an optional dependency,

Yeah, I've been meaning to fix that and haven't gotten around to it. 🙈
