Requirements:

  • Ridgeback API will accept pipeline inputs in CWL format, but it needs to convert them into .tsv, based on a template provided in the pipeline.
  • This way we would have uniform API for both CWL and Nextflow pipelines.
  • Pipeline needs to produce the output file, and based on the schema provided together in the pipeline to register files properly in Beagle.
