Is there (our could there be) a guide for developers, that gives an overview of how the Scryer codebase is organized, built, tested after a build (including how to run any Prolog and Rust tests.

There are couple of readme documents and code comments that might be interesting, but there is no "tutorial". Scryer uses features that are provided by cargo: cargo test will run all the test cases, there different types of tests and you can select only them, eg. cargo test -- cli_test, if you want to run benchmarks cargo bench or if you want to run a specific benchmark then eg. cargo bench --bench run_iai. You might need to install some dependencies manually: cargo install iai-callgrind-runner. I thinks that's all.
