MTA closes on first protocol join (1.6 & 1.7)

Describe the bug

When connecting via protocol for the first time, MTA restarts.
On the second attempt it will work as it should.

The only problem I get when using mtasa:// is that when you get in-game it thinks you're minimized (isMTAWindowFocused() returns false until you minimize and maximize to fix it) #4233
