Add element type 'building' to ``getElementsWithinRange``

Right now this element type is not accepted in getElementsWithinRange

Apparently the logic was never added clientside. Serverside this function works with buildings only if you use buidling due to a typo (#4501 should fix the faulty behavior).

Try

srun createBuilding(1244, 0, 0, 6)
srun inspect(getElementsWithinRange(0, 0, 6, 20, "buidling"))

So it should renamed to building

I noticed that, I was working on fixing it but you created a pull request xd. I will try to find a solution, and if I fix it I’ll push commits to your PR.
