Deb822 sources support

Deb822 sources are still not supported in the repository window in Synaptic. Michael has made some progress in the deb822src branch, but he is not sure if his time permits working on this bigger task.

Since Software Properties are not available in Trixie (and are not in ideal state even in Sid), it is quite important in my opinion to have some GUI for managing software repositories.

Deb822 support was already added to PackageKit and it could even be possible to use most of the code written for PK (for example the nondestructive Deb822 parser/writer), however a major refactoring would probably be needed.

My C++ programming skills are sadly not enough for this task, but I have decided to offer 200 USD (via PayPal or GitHub) to someone who would be able to finish this port and submit a Pull request. 100 USD after submitting the PR, 100 USD when it gets merged; just CC me in the PR or ping me in this ticket (or via e-mail) if you want to collect the bounty. :-) The bounty offer is valid for 6 months since the creation of this ticket. Anyway, please take a look at this PR from PackageKit and related (apt/deb822) recent commits. At least some of the code could be reused in Synaptic (in combination with changes already made in the deb822src branch).

Not directly, but I'm comfortable navigating C++ codebases and have looked into how Synaptic interfaces with APT. I’ve also skimmed through some of PackageKit’s Deb822 handling, so I’m happy to dive in and adapt as needed.

To speed things a little bit, I have decided to offer 160 USD as the remaining bounty price for finishing and merging the PR. ;-)

If someone will be able to significantly help with the remaining issues, I will split the bounty, Ajay will get the promised 100 USD and the other person will get the 60 USD bonus. If not, Ajay will get full 160 USD.
