Synaptic opening at wrong resolution in Gnome.

Good afternoon,
I am running Debian testing with Gnome. I run my desktop at a scale of 125%. When I launch Synaptic after the password prompt, it's starts with the wrong resolution. The fonts and icons are super small, same with the application. If I launch it without root privileges, it's start at the correct resolution. I am running Gnome 49 with Wayland. All other apps work with the correct scale and resolution.

I can confirm that the problem also occurs on my system.

System:

• Debian Testing
• GNOME 49 (Wayland)
• 1920x1080 Monitor
• 125% Scaling
• Application: Synaptic 0.91.7

The interface appears very small and does not respect fractional scaling.

Update: The problem no longer occurs. It appears to have been resolved after a system update.
