A Pro user gave some feedback that they want more of a birds-eye view of their requests. The way they characterised it was essentially like GMail's label system.

We could use the tag system to accomplish this. We'd need prominencable tags (#8224) – but here we'd also need requester_only prominence rather than just public and hidden as described in #8224.

We could add some collapsable sidebar headers – one for the current classification filter and then another for the user's tags/labels.

Closing as we don't have immediate plans to work on this, but wanted to record the idea for future.
