WriteToThem Data Collection

As part of the zeitgeist work - we want to start collecting a quick summary from people of what they're writing about (that we keep, rather than discard).

This needs a new column in the database, and a new field in the main form itself.

While we're doing database work, it would also good to add a json column so we could (next step) inline what we've previously done adding LSOA and gender info from other fields.

The sooner we start data collection, the sooner we can start examining and tweaking the results.
