[Low Priority] Add charity data

Discover allows customers to spend their cashback on charity donations. You can view eligible charities here (make sure to login to www.discover.com first).

It might be nice to add this to the extension as well. It would require the following additions to the project:

1. New schemas for keeping track of charity data in data/
2. New html parser in tools/
3. Pass this data through the data processor in tools/
4. New handlebars templates in templates/
5. Addition of this data to the main scripts in src/
6. Commands in package.json
7. Documentation

This is low priority because most people probably don't donate their cashback to charity.
