Error in CertWare Plan View – experienced for all notations – arm, gsn, cae, eurocontrol, etc.

Trying to open the CertWare Plan view results in error. Error message reads " Could not create the view: net/certware/planning/cpn/cpnDsl/impl/ArgumentModelsImpl"
