Debugger disconnects after 30 seconds when debugging unit tests

Steps to reproduce:

• tns create app1 --js
• tns test init
• Open app in VSCode, set breakpoint in tests/example.js file
• Run from Test on iOS or Android
• Resume the debugger until the breakpoint in test is hit. If you wait for 30 seconds the debugger disconnects
