fasterq-dump quit with error code 3; err: the input data is missing the QUALITY-column

I am a new student in bioinformatics and had a problem when I tried to format convert a file of type sralite.1:
PS C:\Users\kjhiku\Desktop\sratoolkit.3.0.10-win64> fasterq-dump-O.\newsra C: \ Users \ kjhiku \ Desktop \ sratoolkit 3.0.10 - win64 \ SRA \ SRR7264055
