How to automatically open the PC/smartphone browser and load index.html

Very nice job. I tried your code but it can not open Windows Browser and open the index.html saved on the SPIFFS. I have to type 192.168.1.77 to load the index.html.
I just need to load index.html in the PC browser so the user does not need to type IP and load the index.html.
