WW monk Jade Walk talent gets spammed

Jade Walk talent for WW monks gets spammed every ~2 seconds in notification scroll area.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Play a Windwalker Monk with the talent Jade Walk selected.
2. Use default Parrot profile with no changes made
3. Look at incoming notification area

What version of Parrot are you using?

Parrot-v2.2.5 Release

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No error logs/bug reports but video attached

Please provide any additional information below. (example: localization of your client if not enUS or enGB)

The buff spell ID applied to the player is 450552, however in the talent menu, the ID is 450553.
What should happen is: the player gets a notification when Jade Walk is first applied and when it is removed. It should not keep popping up while it is already applied.
