Notify user when agent saves memory or skills

When the agent auto-saves memories or creates/updates skills, there's no visual feedback in the WebUI. The user has no idea persistent state changed.

It would be helpful to show a small notification (toast, badge, or inline hint) so the user knows what was saved and can review or undo it if needed.
e.g., "💾 Memory saved" or "🛠️ Skill updated: skill-name"

Good idea — queued under Milestone 2 (Power user features), labeled enhancement / ux.

This is a real visibility gap: memory writes and skill create/update happen silently today. The natural home is the existing toast/activity surface (a transient "💾 Memory saved" / "🛠️ Skill updated: " toast), with the review/undo affordance as a follow-up since undo needs a backend handle on the saved entry. We'll scope it there. Thanks for the suggestion.

Took a stab at this in #3544. The approach appends memory/skill save counts to the Activity label: "Activity: 4 tools, 1 memory saved" so it's visible at a glance even when the group is collapsed. Detection filters for completed, non-error memory and skill_manage tool calls with write actions (save, create, update, upsert). No styling changes, just text.

The saved content is already available by expanding the Activity group and clicking the memory tool card, which keeps things consistent with how other tool results are surfaced. A richer inline display (showing the content directly without expanding, like ChatGPT's "Saved to memory" block) can be added if that's desirable.
