Staking Freeze Duration (aka Cooldown Period)

As a contract owner, I want to implement a cooldown period for NFT staking (aka freeze NFTs for 7 days, 10 days, or 30 days before unstaking) so that I can prevent panic dumping in times of market crashes and protect the token price long term.
