Add tbls Markdown documentation to `.sqlite-aide.d`

Integrate tbls (k1LoW/tbls) into the .sqlite-aide.d drop-ins table. tbls is a single-binary, CI-friendly database documentation tool that can generate schema docs in Markdown and other formats. It supports multiple databases and has a “document a database” workflow that outputs GFM Markdown.
