Conversion module between different data formats

It will be nice to provider converters to / from other formats in datashuttle. We can both provide template converters as well as provide the ability to write custom converters.

This is not a huge priority at the moment but in particular, converters for transforming a project as BIDS or NWB would be great. #534 contains a prototype implementation that might be useful when taking this on.

Hi @NobleCoder69 thanks for looking at this, this is a bit of a stretch-goal and I think is an advanced one that will take the core devs a lot of time to think about and implement. For now, I'd focus on #621, thanks for looking into this though!
