Rename quick_validate_project #579
Description
This function takes a path and performs validation without having to create a project, so it is quick. In general this is not a very nice function name, its not very descriptive and the 'quick' is implicit and subjective. In the TUI this is called 'Validate Project From Path' which is a better name.
In general after AWS, Gdrive #407 support and packaging #321 has been added we are getting close to version 1 (the only other main thing to add would be metadata support). Before version 1 is released, the entire API should be reviewed for any final changes we want to make.
