Crown Doesn't connect BlueTooth Linux

I am implementing Bluetooth connectivity in the Python SDK on Linux. I can see the device and obtain its address, but I'm unable to connect to it. "DBus Error: [org.bluez.Error.NotAvailable] br-connection-profile-unavailable", I also cannot connect to it from the OS Bluetooth.  Do you have an idea what's the issue
