Instrumentation tests for MySQL and MariaDB libraries failed on Ubuntu 22 & 24 on GHA due to the embedded database used for such tests. The tests are disabled to upgrade the ubuntu versions on GHA but to add back the coverage, they need to be re-enabled. To accomplish this, the embedded database should be replaced with test containers.
