"Deleted Files" view does not respect hidden files setting #14627

Steps to reproduce

1. Toggle off "Show hidden files" in settings.
2. Go to "Deleted files"
3. See that hidden files are shown in list.

Expected behaviour

When the hidden files setting is disabled, I should not see hidden files in my deleted files list.

Actual behaviour

When the hidden files setting is disabled, I still see hidden files in my deleted files list.
