Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter - 21H2

描述问题

CPU占用提示错误，只能识别单个核心占用而不是整体占用，导致占用只有0和100%

我确认这是一个 nezha-agent 的问题。
我已经搜索了 Issues，并确认该问题之前没有被反馈过。

感觉可能跟 shirou/gopsutil#1759 有些关系
要不试试直接调下 gopsutil 看看？
