List of taxids used for testing filtering of blast database using `-taxidlist` option in `blastn`.

#### `blastdb/complete_ev_taxidlist.txt`

Complete list of 1107 enterovirus taxids in descending order of magnitude with parent taxid last. The list is used for filtering of a blast database using `-taxidlist` option in `blastn`, when performing enterovirus typing.

The complete list is retrieved from [NCBI](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/taxonomy/?term=txid12059[Organism:noexp]) including all taxids classified under the Enterovirus parent taxid (12059) by downloading `Taxid list`.
