Could you please release a new version with updated ngx_otel_module to v0.1.2?

ngx_otel_module has been updated to v0.1.2 which supports custom headers.

Could you please release a new version of *-otel? Currently it is built with OTEL_VERSION 0.1.1

As written in nginxinc/nginx-otel#94 (comment) , we can't really change the underlying version without bumping nginx tags as well, as we strive to guarantee the tags contain immutable versions of software we provide.

So this will happen when a new nginx release is out. Probably some time in the next couple of weeks.
