Just migrated today from contanrrr and thought I would LIKEWISE migrate my previous feature request for metrics enhancement.

Rather then restating I linked to the orginal in Containarrr's archived repo.

I assume you're referring to the following:

Specifically interested in seeing SPECIFIC container names so I can log at what was updated, how many time, and when

For this specific functionality, the notifications service could be used to provide the necessary information for something, such as Loki, to process and handle further.

If adding this specific functionality to the API, then a "/v1/history" endpoint would be more appropriate to provide the information for Prometheus or other tooling to query and process.
