[ENHANCEMENT] Maven release version name

Am I using the newest version of the library?

• I have made sure that I'm using the latest version of the library.

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

Since version 31.2 all releases are published with postfix prerelease as 4.0.0_0.32.2-prerelease0

Expected Behavior

It would be great if the final release were published to Maven, or alternatively if a non-prerelease artifact were provided
