Snooze isn´t working properly. #8231
Comments
We are also experiencing this same issue on the main branch for 15.0.2. I think it might be a timezone issue as our child recently moved to Germany from the US. We use the Dexcom G6 uploading through Loop and pulling the data into NS using the Dexcom bridge. The alarms are not working for the low or urgent low alarms. We don't have the high alarms enabled for our child, so I don't know about those. |
My problem isn´t connected with the timezone, seems like issues with notification and alarm codes. I don´t have time to search in or edit code, plus I would need to change it with all new releases, and that would be time-consuming, so I am seeking help from developers. |
Our alarms were only silencing for a few seconds because I think Nightscout was acknowledging the alarm, but telling it to silence until a time in the past (because it was saving the time in the wrong timezone). We set the timezone in the profile, started a new sensor, and restarted everything and the alarms silence as expected. |
This is a duplicate of CGM Alarms Can Not Be Snoozed #8194 |
Describe the bug
For example, if I try to snooze the low glycaemia alarm, the notification will start playing again after receiving a new glucose below the range.
Expected behaviour
After snoozing the alarm for a glucose reading below the range, I expect it not to play again during the snooze interval, regardless of whether or not I exceed the low glycaemia.
