nlmixr is removed from CRAN

It seems nlmixr was removed from CRAN again.

Package ‘nlmixr’ was removed from the CRAN repository.
Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.
Archived on 2022-10-10 as issues were not corrected in time.
A summary of the most recent check results can be obtained from the check results archive.

Hi! Yes, we're aware of this. This version is no longer in active development - work is continuing over at nlmixr2/nlmixr2. While the original nlmixr branch will stay here on GitHub indefinitely, it was inevitably going to be taken down from CRAN sooner or later...

It would be good if a link were included to https://nlmixr2.org/ or if reference were made to the nlmixr2 package. When I searched Google for nlmixr, the first hits pointed me to,
https://nlmixrdevelopment.github.io/nlmixr/
and to,
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/nlmixr/index.html
but it wasn't clear from those sites that I should look for nlmixr2.

Done. It is on the readme right at the top. If nlmixr gets back on CRAN we will remove/reword the statement.
