Suggestion for blink.cmp

Hi @nmasur , hope all is well! You may recall I forked your dotfiles about a year or so ago as part of my journey in learning Nix.

I just wanted to let you know that I recently switched to blink.cmp and found it very easy to integrate and pretty useful. Admittedly I didn't spend a lot of time learning how to use nvim-cmp, and I know you had a fair amount of custom actions defined that probably would have covered a lot of functionality I wasn't seeing.

Looks cool, I've heard good things about blink!

I was going to reconfigure all my Neovim configs with NVF or another similar tool, but since then I've switched to Helix for text editing and I've been pretty happy with it for the last few months.
