How to reproduce the issue:

On a 1366x768 screen, a horizontal scroll is being created, which results in a poor user experience.

My understanding of this issue, it's the "sync/unsync" of main content and metabar with the page scroll

The problem arises when the h5 elements are generated on this page, which causes the layout to stretch wider than it should.
