The topic is:

management of issues

• add issues templates
• label the actual issue list

For this issue, I don't have many ideas:

• write some templates issues
• open a PR to add those templating
  This can be automatized in order to replicate it for other packages

The labelling of existing issue could be a useful - but manual - work?

I'm writing down the tool that will add (templating) files and open the PR to the origin repo.
The tool will be extensible in order to let the community build all these kind of automation
